The photographs, descriptions and page designs on this site belong to us or are used with permission.
Photography, product copy, page layout and the visual design of this site belong to us. Sharing a link is always fine; republishing a listing or reusing our images in a shop is not.
Browsing, saving pages for reference and printing a listing for your own use are all allowed. Reviews and editorial coverage may use one image per item with a credit and a link back to this site. Anything beyond that — catalogue re-use, resale of images, wholesale copying of text — needs our written permission first.
Where a third-party brand is mentioned it is because it is accurate to do so — a payment provider, or a compatibility note — and not because of any affiliation. All such marks remain the property of their owners.
Rights holders can contact us with the page address, the material in question and evidence of the right claimed. We act on well-founded notices quickly, which in practice means removing or replacing the item while the claim is examined.
If you send a review, you keep the copyright in it and you give us permission to publish it on the product page and in our marketing. We may shorten it for length or remove anything unlawful, but we will not change what you meant.
Photographs sent to us for a fault report or a sizing question are used only to answer that enquiry. We will ask separately, and in writing, before using any customer photograph on the site or on social media.
Tell us where the material is, what it is, and why you say it is yours. Evidence of ownership — a registration, an original file with its metadata, a licence — lets us act immediately instead of writing back to ask.
Notices are reviewed by a person within a couple of business days. Where the claim holds, the item is removed or swapped out straight away; where it does not, we put it back and set out our reasoning so the position is clear to both sides.
You may print a product page for your own records and save pages for personal reference. Machine-copying a set of listings, or feeding our descriptions into another shop's catalogue, is outside what we permit and is something we check for.
Editorial coverage is welcome: one image per item, a credit, and a link. For anything larger, including a full lookbook or a paid placement, ask us and we will usually say yes in writing.
Product photographs are taken in our own space, of the stock we hold, and edited only for exposure and crop. No library images and no supplier renders are used to stand in for something we have not seen in person.
The copy on this site is original and specific to what we sell, which is why it does not read like the paragraphs that circulate between shops. A passage that clearly matches ours elsewhere is worth reporting to our contact address.
